You can now register to attend Microsoft Ignite 2022

Microsoft Ignite 2022

Hurry up! Registration is now open for the Microsoft Ignite 2022 conference, with the upcoming company event finally offering users the options to either attend virtually or in person.

For the first time since COVID-19 pandemic.

Redmond has been holding all its events in the digital realm since the beginning of the global health crisis. But this year in July, the software titan announced its intention to hold its first physical gathering in the form of Microsoft Ignite.

The event is slated to run from October 12-14 in Seattle at the Seattle Convention Center.

Folks interested can register for Ignite right on the homepage of the conference. There they will find the choice of either attending virtually or in person.

Those who opt to go to the event in person will have to part ways with $1,895, the approximate cost of attending the gathering. Though as Microsoft details in the FAQ page, the price will depend on the pass option you select while registering.

Attending the conference virtually is free, of course, but it still requires registration, which you can do so at the official site above.

Proceedings will kick off at 9 am PT.

Beside the conference in Seattle, the Redmond based technology titan is also planning spotlights across multiple key locations across the globe that will not only revolve around the news and announcements from the main event but also market specific discussion for those regions.

But what we don’t have a confirmation of is what Microsoft has in store for us during the three-day conference. For that we will have to wait for the agenda in the form of sessions that the company will likely reveal closer to the conference.

There have been some indications that the event could feature the release of new Surface devices, and even the Windows 11 22H2 Update that is now pretty much ready for prime time.
